Nel bicchiere si presenta scurissima, quasi nera, con un impatto visivo da stout importante. Al naso apre con un profilo ricco e stratificato, dove bourbon, vaniglia e cacao emergono con chiarezza, seguiti da cioccolato, malti tostati e richiami di frutta scura e dattero. In bocca l’ingresso è pieno, morbido e avvolgente, con corpo ricco e texture vellutata. L’affinamento in botti Bluegrass di bourbon aggiunge calore, rotondità e una sfumatura legnosa elegante, mentre lo sciroppo di datteri Zahidi amplia la componente dolce senza rendere il sorso eccessivamente stucchevole. La bevuta evolve su cacao, vaniglia, frutta secca e tostature misurate, chiudendo con una dolcezza vellutata ben bilanciata da un tocco di amaro torrefatto. Nel complesso è una Imperial Stout opulenta e complessa, costruita più sulla profondità morbida e liquorosa che sull’aggressività amaricante.
