Sour wild ale with yeasts and bacteria from the Baghaven area in Copenhagen and our house culture. A ...ged in old red wine barrels for a year. Foraged Chamomile, Roses and Elderflower were added near the end to give the beer floral notes with hints of cinnamon buns!
