Ya en 1844, esta cerveza se elaboraba en invierno en nuestra cervecería agrícola. Luego fermentó durante varios meses en barriles de madera y fue utilizado por los trabajadores agrícolas.

Reeds in 1844 werd dit bier gedurende de winter in de hoeve-brouwerij gebrouwen .
Gedurende enkele maanden kreeg dit bier een tweede gisting op vat, waarna het werd geschonken om de dorst van de seizoenarbeiders op de hoeve te lessen.
Nog steeds wordt onze Saison Dupont beschouwd als “de klassieker onder de Belgische seizoenbieren”!
Koperblond, de fijnste hoparoma’s en een uitgesproken droge bitterheid maken dit bier tot een ongeëvenaarde dorstlesser, zoals het oorspronkelijk was.
Onze selectie van gisten leent zich tot specifieke aroma’s en een typerende smaak.
De reële nagisting in de fles, die nog lang zal doorgaan in uw kelder, resulteert in een complex en bijzonder aromatisch bier.
