Left on Read is a throw back to the kind of Double IPAs you’d find from the States before the “haze craze” took over. This Imperial West Coast IPA is big and bitter but smooth enough to hide its 8.2 %abv. Showcasing classic American hops like Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and with a bit of Ekuanot to add some modern, fruity hop notes. Sweet malty, caramel flavours quickly give way to a huge hit of herbaceous citrus and piney resin, followed by that old school crisp bitterness we love. All fermented with a clean, California yeast to maximize hop flavour and aroma.

Left on Read is a throwback to the kind of DIPAs Alex brewed back in the States before the “haze craze” took over. This Imperial West Coast IPA is big and bitter but smooth enough to hide its 8.2%abv. Showcasing classic American hops like Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and with a bit of Ekuanot to add some modern, fruity hop notes. Sweet malty, caramel flavours quickly give way to a huge hit of herbaceous citrus and piney resin, followed by that old school crisp bitterness we love.
