Брассери де Лежанд — бельгийская пивоваренная компания, которая располагается в Иршонвельзе в Бельгии. В ноябре 1997 года Пьер Дельконе и Венсан Вержифос купили замок в Иршонвельзе в целях развития своей пивоваренной деятельности. Для того, чтобы построить завод и ввести его в эксплуатацию потребовалось два года. А в декабре 2006 года две пивоварни, Brasserie des Geants и Brasserie Ellezelloise (основанная в 1993 году) объединились в одну. Так на свет появилась Brasserie des Legends ("Пивоварня Легенд"). Слово "легенды" сочетает в себе богатый бельгийский фольклор: мифы о гигантах, сожжение ведьм и тому подобное.

Пивоварня Brasserie des Legendes сочетает в себе древние традиции и передовые технологии для производства пива верхового брожения, богатого на вкус и соответствующего высоким стандартам качества и гигиены. Для приготовления своих напитков компания использует только натуральное качественное сырье: солод, хмель, дрожи и чистую воду, не применяя пищевых добавок или красителей. Брожение в бутылке или бочке делает напитки еще более натуральными. Вся производственная цепочка тщательно контролируется. Производимое пиво является аутентичным бельгийским. Ячмень, который является основным ингредиентом пива, выращивается исключительно в Бельгии, в области Beauregard. Хмель закупается у бельгийских производителей.

Produit régional par excellence, cette bière blonde refermentée en bouteille n'est ni filtrée, ni pasteurisée, ni centrifugée et présente donc un trouble naturel une fois servie dans le verre. Le nom de la bière " QUINTINE " fait référence au folklore du village d’Ellezelles, où est brassée cette bière. « Quintine » est en effet le nom donné à une sorcière du village. Cette bière, à la robe d'un jaune or troublé, se couvre d'un chapeau de mousse crémeux à la belle abondance. Celui-ci est traversé par une effervescence conséquente. La Quintine Blonde développe dans le nez des arômes fruités et fleuris de houblon. Ces arômes sont suivis de senteurs évoquant les levures. On découvre sur le palais une entrée douce et maltée qui laisse rapidement place au houblon perçu dans le nez. Des saveurs fruitées et fleuries de houblon apparaissent ensuite rapidement et annoncent l'arrivée en bouche d'une amertume franche. L'alcool est en parfaite harmonie avec le reste, à tel point que l'on oublie vite les 8° que contient la bouteille.

La Quintine Blonde es una cerveza belga elaborada artesanalmente en la región valona por la casa cervecera Légendes. Producto regional por excelencia, esta cerveza rubia refermentada en botella no se filtra, pasteuriza ni centrifuga y presenta un color turbio natural una vez servida en el vaso. El nombre de la cerveza QUINTINE procede de la tradición folclórica del pueblo d'Ellezelles, donde se elabora esta cerveza. Quintine fue el nombre con el que se conoció a una bruja del pueblo. Esta cerveza, con un cuerpo color oro turbio, se cubre con un sombrero de abundante espuma cremosa, atravesada por una notable efervescencia. La Quintine Blonde desarrolla en nariz aromas afrutados y florales de lúpulo. Estos aromas abren paso a notas que evocan las levaduras. En paladar, se descubre una entrada dulce y malteada que abre paso rápidamente al lúpulo que se ha percibido en nariz. Los sabores afrutados y florales de lúpulo aparecen rápidamente a continuación y anuncian la llegada en boca de un fresco amargor. El alcohol se equilibra a la perfección con el conjunto, hasta el punto que nos hace olvidar los 8º que contiene la botella.
