Polly's Brew Co. Crystal Roses

Peak summer is all about one thing – cracking a cold one after a long day in the sweltering heat, ideally at the helm of a barbeque, looking over a solid day’s work of jobbing and errands. Keeping it below the 5% mark is key here though, and we’ve done it in spades with Crystal Roses. A classic Polly’s pale, influenced by the breweries that formulated our formative drinking years – think Thornbridge’s considered and careful use of hops, with a twist of The Kernel’s maximum drinkability. Keeping things classic on the hot side with Columbus, we’ve gone with some certified classics on the cold side in Azacca, Citra and Aussie powerhouse Vic Secret. The result is a crisp, crushable pale ale that blooms with bright citrus notes, holds that signature Polly’s haze, and with an underlying bitterness to keep everything in check.
