PINTA Barrel Brewing Vortex

Pinta Barrel Brewing – Vortex: This Imperial Stout is aged for 18 months in a specific combination of barrels to develop a layered, spirit-forward character. It is conditioned on a global selection of spices, featuring vanilla pods from Madagascar and Uganda alongside cinnamon from Ceylon and Vietnam. The extended maturation period allows the sweet, creamy notes of the vanilla and the warm, woody spice of the cinnamon to integrate with the complex tannins and spirit notes provided by the oak.
