La suggestione del suo nome fà subito pensare al mare e all'aria aperta, richiama il Mediterraneo e l'estate, tutte cose che ancora oggi la caratterizzano. Si distingue da sempre per il suo gusto unico: secca e luppolata, fragrante e dissetante, continua a riscuotere consensi e a rappresentarci nel mondo.
Colore giallo dorato intenso, limpido e con schiuma bianca moderatamente persistente. Sprigiona aromi di brioches, pasta lievitata, crosta di pane, su sfondo floreale di fiori bianchi e agrumi. Il gusto è corretto, semplice ed efficace nella freschezza con un buon bilanciamento della nota amarognola finale. Risultato rinfrescante.
Abbinamento perfetto con focaccia provola e mortadella.
