Esta auténtica Gueuze ha sido elaborada por la respetando los métodos ancestrales. Es el resultado de un ensamblaje de lambics de uno, dos y tres años. Beber esta cerveza es todo un viaje organoléptico. En el paladar es compleja y múltiple, se combinan los sabores a madera y afrutados a manzana o limón, con una potente intensidad y una agradable acidez. Aromaticamente se entreveran los cítricos con la fruta de hueso y el, inconfundible pero difícil de describir, olor del brett fino.
Recomendamos adentrarse en el mundo de las cervezas de fermentación espontánea con esta Cantillon . Cantillon – Gueuze 75 es una experiencia a caballo entre la cerveza tradicional y, en cierta forma, el vino natural. Esta Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio es posiblemente la cerveza más icónica de Brasserie Cantillon. También llamada "el champagne de Bruselas", esta auténtica Gueuze ha sido elaborada con trigo (35%), cebada (65%) y lúpulos de producción ecológica respetando los métodos tradicionales de elaboración. Se trata de una Oude Gueuze clásica, una mezcla de una lambic joven con otras lambic envejecidas hasta 3 años, que da como reultado una de las cervezas más deliciosas de Bruselas. Tras esta mezcla, en la que pueden intervenir hasta 5 o 6 cervezas distintas, se da una segunda fermentación en botella con los azúcares de la cerveza joven. La composición de la mezcla es una decisión personal del maestro cervecero. A través de su gusto y experiencia intenta encontrar un equilibrio entre acidez, frutalidad y sequedad.
El mejor ejemplo de una Gueuze
Vista: Presenta un color amarillo dorado con ligeros destellos anaranjados. La espuma es muy ligera y poco persistente.
Olfato: Aromas cítricos, sobre todo el del limón, que se entremezclan con otras notas afrutadas como el albaricoque y la manzana.
Gusto: Sabores afrutados a manzana y limón, que destacan por su agradable acidez. La intensidad de esta cerveza es increible.
Sensación: cerveza de cuerpo medio, carbonatación fina, muy ligera, refrescante, donde lo más predominante es su rica acidez.

La Gueuze est le fruit d’un mélange complexe de Lambics de goûts et d’âges différents, conservés en fûts de chêne. Le rôle le plus important du brasseur est gustatif. Il devra déguster une dizaine de Lambics provenant de tonneaux différents pour finalement en sélectionner cinq ou six. C’est ainsi que se confectionne la Gueuze 100% Lambic, porteuse du caractère original des bières de la Brasserie Cantillon.
Chaque cuve d’assemblage donnera naissance à un millésime Gueuze différente. Les éléments naturels dont dispose Cantillon ne permettent pas la fabrication d’un produit "standard".
