Brouwerij Kees Mosaic Hop is een vrij fris en licht biertje, donker amber van kleur en afkomstig uit Middelburg in Zeeland. Er is slecht een hop soort gebruikt bij het brouwen van dit biertje, Mosaic. Hierdoor ontstaan zijn algemene frisheid en tropische fruit tonen. Voornamelijk pompelmoes en meloen vergezeld door frisse tonen van hop! Dit zetten zich ook door naar zijn smaak, beginnend met hop-achtige start gevolgd door een golf van tropisch fruit. Mango, bittere grapefruit en een gevarieerde aanwezigheid van citrus. Deze IPA heeft een alcoholpercentage van 5.5%.

Vol met tropische en citrus smaken en zacht in de hop. | Kees Bubberman is al sinds 2015 bezig met Brouwerij Kees maar daarvoor was hij al een aantal jaar actief bij Emelisse. Door zijn achtergrond als kok weet hij heel goed wat lekker is en wat niet. Dat proef je ook terug in zijn bieren. De standaard is hoog maar de drempel is laag. De meeste bieren zijn makkelijk weg te drinken maar vervelen niet door Kees' gulle omgang met hop. Ook het zware donkere bier is best toegankelijk maar heeft toch iets meer liefhebber status. Één ding staat in ieder geval als een paal boven water. Saai is het nooit!
