Our latest beer in the Cosmic series combines fresh strawberries and decadent vanilla. Fermented using our house strains of Brettanomyces yeast and aged in Italian foeders for added complexity, this dry yet fruity Scottish sour ale culminates in a juicy and balanced beer that's layered with complexity, deep funk and a rounded sour finish.
