A Berliner Weisse inspired by the way it was brewed back in the days. You know, before kettle sours ...destroyed the style. This Berliner is a mixed fermentation beer fermented the slow way. It contains live Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Crisp and sour with some funk to finish it off.
