Blanche de Bruxelles dankt zijn natuurlijke troebelheid aan de aanwezigheid van tarwe (40%). Tijdens het kookproces worden natuurlijke aroma's toegevoegd: koriander en gedroogde sinaasappelschil. Bij het proeven merkt u de frisheid en verfijning, typisch voor dit bijzondere witbier. De zetmethode, waarbij geleidelijk heet water wordt toegevoegd, duurt lang. Net als alle andere bieren van Lefebvre wordt dit bier niet gefilterd. Indien correct geserveerd, levert het een troebel bier op met een witte schuimkraag.

Smaak Blanche de Bruxelles is een lichtgeel Belgisch witbier, gebrouwen met tarwe, koriander en curacaoschil.

Het bier heeft een karakteristieke zurige geur met hints van citrus en koriander.

Bij het proeven ervaar je een verfrissend zure smaak van tarwe, gecombineerd met subtiele tonen van curacaoschil en koriander.

Blanche de Bruxelles debe su turbidez natural por el gran porcentaje de trigo (40%) que entra en su composición. Los aromas de especias naturales de cilantro y las cáscaras de naranja amarga se agregan durante el proceso de preparación. El método de preparación, que incluye infusión, es muy lento, no se filtra, se embotella y refermenta con la levadura y el azúcar generada en la preparación. Solo hay que tomar un sorbo de esta deliciosa bebida para apreciar el sabor fresco y suave con su toque de naranja. Realmente no es como cualquier otra cerveza.
