Летний полдень в Брюсселе. Узкие улочки старого города наполнены ароматами свежей выпечки, пряностей и легкого дуновения цитрусовых. В одном из уютных кафе на площади перед фонтаном с озорным Manneken Pis сидел пожилой бельгиец с седой бородой и задумчиво вертел в руках бокал с мутновато-золотистой жидкостью.

— Ты когда-нибудь пробовал Blanche de Bruxelles? — спросил он молодого туриста за соседним столиком.

Парень отрицательно покачал головой, и старик с улыбкой подозвал официанта:

— Два бокала, холодных!

Когда перед ними поставили пиво, тонкая белоснежная пена мягко осела по краям бокала, а в воздухе разлился тонкий аромат апельсиновой цедры и кориандра.
