Al naso ed al palato si percepisce da subito il carattere tipico delle fermentazioni spontanee, sono evidenti note spiccatamente acide con sentori di cantina e muffa, il tutto arricchito elegantemente dai sentori citrici, lattici ed aciduli conferiti dalle uve Riesling. Una birra complessa ma allo stesso tempo elegante.
