Remember Politica, our lush tropical sour banger that we have brewed over the last couple of summers? Well because we couldn’t wait for summer to finally come, we couldn’t help but brew a bigger, better, juicier, fruitier version of this one. High Politics is a creamy, smooth pale sour loaded to the gills with lots of pineapple, mango and passion fruit to really make you feel the summer vibes. We have replaced about one third of the base malt with oats in this to try and get the creamiest tropical fruit smoothy we could without going into pastry territory. At 7.7% abv this will give you that same refreshing feeling you get when you sip on a cool tropical fruit caipirinha while lounging in a hammock on the Brazilian coast. Less
