The apples comes from Haväng, a little paradise outside Kivik, right by the Baltic Sea on the east coast of Skåne. Planted in the 1940s and managed today without pesticides or herbicides.
The apples were skin macerated for 3 weeks.
The pulp was then pressed again and fermented with indigenous yeast partially in amphora.
Fermented with indigenous yeast. Unfiltered and without additives.
ABV 7%
