The massive 40g/l hopping rate creates a lush, oily texture that coats the palate with vibrant hop oils, finishing with a firm, clean bitterness characteristic of a well-crafted Double IPA. Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing. While the style allows for clarity, this version presents a pronounced haze reflective of its heavy hopping and New England influence.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, resinous pine, and tropical fruits like mango and papaya. A subtle, clean, bready maltiness sits in the background, complemented by light fruity esters and a noticeable but smooth alcohol presence.
