750ml Bottle
Amber is a well cellared, rounded, malt-accentuated Australian wild ale. Our traditional recipe calls for an extended boil which caramelises rustic pale grains in order to develop a copper colour and malt sweetness. Light levels of hopping balance with the toasty characters in an extended cooler fermentation with our house culture. Following fermentation, we rack Amber into French oak barrels to further develop a smooth palate and express funky, tart characteristics from our indigenous yeast. We select and blend well evolved barrels for a desired malt forward with subtle acidic character. The slightly heavier characteristics of this beer make a fantastic complement to food and offer a variety of flavours to both compare and contrast in pairing

Wildflower Brewing and Blending è un birrificio pazzesco, chi già avuto modo di provarlo all’Arrogant Sour Festival sa di cosa stiamo parlando, si tratta di un progetto dedicato alla fermentazione spontanea e mista di mosti di birra, situato nel New South Wales.
Le birre sour e e funky realizzate offrono lunghezza, sfumature e finezza, veramente notevoli!
Amber #30 è una Australian Wild Ale nata dalla miscela di sei botti – 1713 (Ambra di 29 mesi), 1743 (Ambra di 19 mesi), 1764 (Ambra di 30 mesi), 1809 (Ambra di 10 mesi), 1830 (Ambra di 29 mesi) e 1846 (Ambra di 25 mesi).
La birra di base è prodotta interamente con cereali biologici provenienti dalla fattoria di Chris e Sam Greenwood a Coleambally, NSW.
Al momento del rilascio questa miscela mostra la sua età.
Aromi caldi e confortanti di pane fresco tostato, frutta secca dolce, morbido cacao/cioccolato al latte. Colpi più scuri di quercia e cola.
Al palato ha un bellissimo equilibrio di dolcezza del malto e acidità pieno di uvetta, cioccolato e spezie alla cannella.
I sapori di quercia persistono in tutto il palato e conferiscono grande lunghezza e sapore al finale.
