Taste. Initial impression is very sweet and creamy. Dominant flavors of dark chocolate and salted caramel provide a rich backbone, supported by moderate roasted grain and coffee notes. Cornish Sea Salt provides a savory counterpoint that balances the lactose sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but softened by the body, leading to a lingering, smooth chocolate finish.
