This rich malt character is balanced by a subtle earthy hop presence, which transitions into a characteristically dry finish. Appearance. Medium reddish-copper to russet color (12-14 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, off-white to light tan head showing good persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate malt intensity with prominent notes of toasted grain, light toffee, and a biscuity character. Very low earthy hop aroma and a subtle dark fruit ester profile. Clean fermentation with no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial soft caramel and toffee malt sweetness. The mid-palate shifts toward neutral grain and toasted bread flavors. Moderate-low bitterness is complemented by a light touch of roasted grain, which provides a characteristically dry and clean finish. Low earthy hop flavor is present in the background.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess from the Torrified wheat. Moderate carbonation and a clean, non-astringent mouthfeel with no alcohol warmth.
