This Berliner Weisse captures the essence of a chilled dessert, leading with a sharp, vibrant burst of Key Limes that mirrors the style's signature lactic acidity. The addition of Milk Sugar and Vanilla provides a luscious, velvety counterpoint to the citrus zest, while notes of honeyed Graham Cracker create a nostalgic, bready base. Despite its pastry-inspired complexity, the beer remains exceptionally refreshing, balancing tartness with a delicate, creamy sweetness.
