Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM). Moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with thick lacing. While the style allows for clarity, this version displays a notable haze from the heavy use of oats and wheat.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, passion fruit), stone fruit (peach), and bright citrus (tangerine). Supportive, clean, grainy maltiness from the wheat and oats in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a light, smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of citrus and tropical fruit. Strong hop flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and grapefruit are prominent.
