This Double IPA presents an explosive sensory profile driven by intensive double dry-hopping with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado. An aromatic blast of tangerine, passion fruit, and mango leads into a saturated palate of pineapple, peach, and grapefruit. Despite the staggering hop rates, the experience remains remarkably balanced. A complex grist featuring oats and wheat creates a characteristic soft, creamy mouthfeel that cushions the moderately high bitterness. The 8.6% ABV provides a clean, supporting warmth without detracting from the intensely tropical fruit juice character, finishing with a smooth, lingering hop presence that defines this award-winning ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM). Moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with thick lacing. While the style allows for clarity, this version displays a notable haze from the heavy use of oats and wheat.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, passion fruit), stone fruit (peach), and bright citrus (tangerine). Supportive, clean, grainy maltiness from the wheat and oats in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of citrus and tropical fruit. Strong hop flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and grapefruit are prominent. Low, clean, soft malt character with light bready notes. Moderately high bitterness that remains smooth and lacks any harshness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste.
