Nuestra bock de trigo pálido se añeja durante un período prolongado, lo que da como resultado una cerveza fuerte perfectamente equilibrada con un carácter redondo.
El clavo es fácilmente perceptible en el sabor, con un toque de plátano. Con cuerpo y efervescente, las finas burbujas de dióxido de carbono crean una sensación espumosa en la boca. Vitus no sabe a una cerveza fuerte convencional, sino más bien a una cerveza de trigo afrutada de primera calidad.
Saturado con levadura fina y rematado con una espuma cremosa, Vitus, nuestro bock de trigo pálido tiene un perfil afrutado, resplandeciente con aromas de albaricoques secos y frutas cítricas.

La Weihenstephaner Vitus est une bière réalisée à partir de froment (blé tendre) et de malt d'orge. La robe est ambrée, très foncée et la mousse est particulièrement abondante. On retrouve un peu de dépot au fond, dû à la mise en bouteille sans filtration.
Au nez, apparaissent des notes très fruitées notamment de banane et d'agrumes et des notes légèrement épicées. En bouche, on retrouve les mêmes arômes qu'au nez, avec une pointe d'acidité qui équilibre le tout. Légèrement amère, cette bière plaira au grand nombre. À consommer avec modération avec ses 7.7° d'alcool !
