The sensory profile is dominated by the vibrant, citrus-forward character of Citra hops, delivered through advanced Incognito, BBC, and Cryo formats. Appearance. Deep golden to light amber (8–10 SRM) with a persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. Noticeable haze is present due to the high-protein grist of oats and wheat and the specific yeast strain.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus-orange, grapefruit, and light tropical notes from the Citra hops. Supported by a medium-low bready and slightly grainy malt character. Low fruity esters from the London Fog yeast provide a subtle stone fruit backdrop.
