Fermented with London Fog yeast, it balances traditional British structure with a soft, contemporary texture. The sensory profile is dominated by the vibrant, citrus-forward character of Citra hops, delivered through advanced Incognito, BBC, and Cryo formats. Expect a fusion of classic bitterness and modern aromatic intensity, where zesty orange and grapefruit notes meet a supportive, bready malt backbone, finishing with a smooth, lingering hop presence and a refined sense of alcohol warmth.
Appearance. Deep golden to light amber (8–10 SRM) with a persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. Noticeable haze is present due to the high-protein grist of oats and wheat and the specific yeast strain.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus-orange, grapefruit, and light tropical notes from the Citra hops. Supported by a medium-low bready and slightly grainy malt character. Low fruity esters from the London Fog yeast provide a subtle stone fruit backdrop.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with assertive grapefruit and zesty orange flavors. A medium bready malt flavor provides a solid base, enhanced by the smooth, grainy character of oats. Bitterness is firm and assertive but well-integrated, lingering into a clean, medium-dry finish without harshness. Subtle pear and peach esters complement the hop profile.
