This potent Triple IPA delivers a saturated hop experience through an intensive triple dry-hopping process. Citra leads the charge with vibrant notes of grapefruit and mango, while Motueka provides a sharp, refreshing lime zest brightness. The inclusion of Sabro introduces a unique, creamy coconut and stone fruit complexity that defines the mid-palate. Despite its 10.1% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a smooth, velvety texture. A deep gold pour supports a bouquet of tropical intensity, finishing with a firm, resinous bitterness. The neutral malt profile ensures the multifaceted interplay of citrus and tropical fruit remains the focal point from start to finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM) with a significant, persistent, creamy white head that leaves dense lacing. The beer displays a heavy haze, characteristic of intensive dry-hopping, though it retains a bright luminosity.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent lime zest, tangerine, and ripe mango. Distinctive creamy coconut and tropical pineapple notes from the Sabro hops emerge as the beer warms. Low, neutral, grainy maltiness sits in the background, accompanied by a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Taste. An explosion of tropical fruit flavors, specifically lychee, lime, and tangerine. Citra provides a solid citrus core, while Motueka adds a refreshing lemon-lime zing. Sabro contributes a mid-palate creaminess with flavors of coconut and apricot. High hop bitterness is present but remains smooth and free of harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering resinous and citrus peel aftertaste, supported by a light, clean malt foundation.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but pleasant alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its strength without being solventy. Lacks any harsh hop-derived astringency.
