This bottom-fermented lager maintains a clean, refined profile, ensuring the smoke enhances rather than overwhelms the elegant malt sweetness. A subtle interplay of herbal hops provides just enough balance to lead into a smooth, moderately dry finish. It is a nuanced, medium-bodied lager where the hearth-like aromas perfectly complement its traditional German roots.
Appearance. Amber-orange to deep reddish-copper in color with brilliant clarity. Supports a persistent, fine-textured off-white head with good lacing.
