VIF Flou De FaFa
This Hazy IPA presents an intense, juice-like sensory profile driven by a sophisticated blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Krush hops. The aroma is dominated by the distinctive white wine grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin, complemented by the ripe peach and tropical mango characteristics of Krush. On the palate, Citra adds vibrant layers of grapefruit and lime zest. The use of cryo hops provides a saturated fruit flavor with minimal vegetal interference, resulting in a clean, punchy profile. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel balances the low perceived bitterness, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish brimming with stone fruit and passion fruit nectar.
Appearance. Straw to light orange with an opaque, hazy glow and a distinctive shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of white wine grapes, gooseberry, mango, and peach. Low, bready malt presence in the background with clean, neutral fermentation and a subtle hint of citrus esters.
Taste. Massive hop-forward flavors of passion fruit, peach, and lychee. Very low grainy malt sweetness. Bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally soft, never harsh. Finishes with a lingering tropical fruit character and an off-dry, juicy impression.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth, and slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift, and a very light alcohol warmth is present at 6.5% ABV. No astringency or hop burn.
