Aroma.Moderate to high intensity. Prominent fruity-sour profile featuring notes of fresh apple, black cherry, and red currant. Supportive toasty malt provides depth, complemented by complex oak-derived accents of vanilla and a light oxidized Madeira character. Acetic acid is present but restrained, avoiding a dominant vinegary note. No hop aroma.
