Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by a powerful blend of tropical and citrus notes. Prominent passion fruit from the purée merges with the dank, berry-like qualities of Mosaic, the stone fruit and peach sweetness of Nectaron, and the bright mandarin orange of Eclipse. Low grainy malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile support the hop-forward bouquet.
Taste. Bold initial impression of tart passion fruit and resinous hop oils. The mid-palate reveals layers of nectarine, citrus peel, and a distinct dankness.
