The aroma is dominated by the sharp, zesty perfume of passionfruit and the lush, sun-ripened depth of mango. On the palate, apricot provides a jammy mid-palate richness, while the addition of coconut introduces a smooth, velvety texture and a subtle nutty sweetness that softens the acidity. The experience is thicc and juicy, reminiscent of a fresh fruit smoothie, with the wild fermentation character providing a bright, clean lift that prevents the heavy fruit profile from becoming cloying.
Appearance. Opaque and dense, glowing with a deep apricot-orange hue. It pours with a thick, pulpy, pale-orange head that has moderate retention and leaves significant fruit-flesh lacing on the glass.
