Witty Nelson reimagines the traditional Witbier through a contemporary lens, dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin to bridge Belgian tradition with New Zealand flair. It pours a hazy, milky yellow with a dense, white moussy head. The sensory profile is led by the hop’s signature white wine, gooseberry, and tropical fruit notes, which meld seamlessly with zesty orange peel and coriander. A backbone of bready, grainy wheat and hints of honey provides a soft canvas for peppery yeast phenols and light saison-like esters.
