Tucher Bajuvator is a quintessential dark Doppelbock, presenting a luxurious sensory journey defined by its deep reddish-copper to coffee-colored hue. The aroma is intensely malty, wafting notes of toasted bread crusts and dark fruit leather. On the palate, a rich, creamy body delivers waves of decadent Munich malt sweetness, accented by subtle hints of cocoa and toasted grain. While the malt remains the undisputed protagonist, a gentle, supportive bitterness ensures balance. The experience concludes with a smooth, lingering finish, featuring a clean fermentation profile and a well-integrated alcohol warmth that reflects its traditional Franconian lager heritage.
