Tucher Bajuvator is a quintessential dark Doppelbock, presenting a luxurious sensory journey defined by its deep reddish-copper to coffee-colored hue. The aroma is intensely malty, wafting notes of toasted bread crusts and dark fruit leather. On the palate, a rich, creamy body delivers waves of decadent Munich malt sweetness, accented by subtle hints of cocoa and toasted grain. While the malt remains the undisputed protagonist, a gentle, supportive bitterness ensures balance. Appearance. Dark reddish-copper to deep coffee brown (SRM 20–25) with brilliant clarity and ruby highlights. Features a large, creamy, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity maltiness featuring rich Maillard products, deeply toasted bread, and light caramel. Moderate dark fruit esters like plum or raisin are present, with virtually no hop aroma and a clean lager fermentation character.
