Gravityphobia is a Triple Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA that prioritizes a lush, velvety mouthfeel alongside a potent hop punch. The inclusion of Mosaic Incognito and Citra provides a deep foundation of tropical fruit and citrus, while Nelson Sauvin and Nelson Sauvin CGX impart a vivid, lychee-like juiciness. Simcoe adds a contrasting dankness that balances the inherent sweetness. Despite its high strength, a deliberate, extended maturation ensures a smooth, refined finish where the bitterness acts as a sturdy scaffold for the intense hop oils. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM); opaque with a thick, creamy, persistent white head and heavy lacing.
