Beadsphobia is a captivating Wild Specialty Beer that pours a deep, alluring red-purple. The sensory journey is led by a vibrant blend of Tart Cherry, Sweet Cherry, and Boysenberry, creating a complex, multilayered fruit profile. Motueka hops contribute a bright citrus lift, reminiscent of fresh lime, which cuts through the fruit richness. Despite the lower pH, the mouthfeel remains remarkably soft and velvety, enhanced by a thoughtful balance of Brown Sugar and Coconut that provides a subtle toasted sweetness without being cloying. This Sour IPA focuses on a structured body and a harmonious interplay between fruit acidity and malt smoothness.

Appearance. Striking red-purple to magenta hue; hazy to opaque clarity. Forms a pink-tinted, fine-beaded head with moderate retention and light lacing.
