To Øl’s Fogged Up is an intensely juicy Double IPA defined by a massive 40% addition of oats and wheat, creating a thick, protein-heavy foundation. The use of London Fog Yeast amplifies the opaque, foggy appearance while contributing a soft ester profile that elevates the dry-hopped character. High-intensity Citra hops dominate with bright bursts of grapefruit and lemon zest, while Mosaic adds a rich layer of ripe tropical fruit and mango-like depth. This Imperial IPA delivers a creamy, fat mouthfeel that balances its significant strength, finishing with a lingering, saturated hop presence and a clean, integrated warmth.
Appearance. SRM 6-9 (Gold to Deep Gold). Opaque and extremely hazy with a thick, persistent white head that leaves dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Prominent citrus zest and orange juice from Citra hops, complemented by tropical notes of mango and passionfruit from Mosaic. A soft, doughy, and grainy malt aroma persists, backed by fruity fermentation esters from the London Fog Yeast.
