Appearance. Golden-yellow with peach-like hues (5-7 SRM); thick, creamy, long-lasting off-white head; generally clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, ripe peach; secondary notes of barnyard funk, wet hay, and subtle oak; low wheat-like maltiness; no hop aroma.

Taste. Sweet peach flavor leads, followed by a moderate lactic tartness; faint woody tannins and a hint of stone-like bitterness from the fruit skin; low hop bitterness; clean, fruity, and slightly sweet finish.
