Thornbridge AM:PM presents a vibrant Session IPA character within an Alternative Grain Beer framework. This gluten-free offering bursts with high-intensity tropical aromas driven by a quartet of expressive hops. Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (SRM 4–6). Features a bright clarity common in modern deglutenized ales. Topped by a persistent, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing as it recedes.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex tropical fruit bouquet. Dominant scents of ripe pineapple and tangy tangerine from Citra and Amarillo are complemented by Nelson Sauvin’s distinct passion fruit and crushed grape notes. A subtle, honey-like malt sweetness provides a clean foundation without overpowering the hop-forward character.
