The Veil è un gran birrificio super organizzato, produce birra a 360 gradi ed una buona parte è dedicata al mondo delle sour beers.
Make you feel Blueberry è una Sour Ale fermentata in recipienti aperti e successivamente lasciata ad invecchiare in botti ex vino rosso per ben 22 mesi!
Dopo questo lungo periodo di maturazione e invecchiamento vengono aggiunti 1kg/lt , ripetiamo, 1kg/lt, una quantità dunque pazzesca di mirtilli locali raccolti a mano.
La birra come c’era da aspettarselo appare nel bicchiere di un colore rosso rubino con un piccolo orlo di schiuma bianca.
Aromi esplosivi di frutti di bosco, leggere sensazioni terrose e di legno.
In bocca risulta essere secca, basso corpo e carbonatazione non elevata, rinfrescante grazie anche alla delicata aspra acidità.
