Appearance. Pale gold (2–3 SRM) with a slight haze. It pours with a large, dense white head that exhibits poor retention, typical of the style's high acidity.
Aroma. High intensity with a dominant sharp lactic sourness and a distinct floral lavender presence. Complementary notes of tropical fruit, including peach and lemon, are layered over an earthy, barnyard Brettanomyces funk. The malt character is subtle, presenting as biscuity and crackery.
