This American Amber Ale presents a vibrant interplay between classic C-hops and a sturdy malt foundation. Centennial and Amarillo provide bright layers of orange zest and floral blossom, while Chinook adds a grounding resinous pine and spicy undertone. Despite its alcohol-free profile, the beer retains the soul of a rich red ale with deep caramel and toasted biscuit notes. The sensory experience balances hop-forward bitterness with a luscious, malty sweetness, finishing clean and refreshing. Appearance. Deep copper to reddish-amber in color (approximately 15 SRM) with excellent clarity. It supports a moderately large, creamy off-white head with persistent retention and fine lacing.
