The experience begins with intense waves of pink grapefruit and bright orange, transitioning into deeper notes of tropical fruit and resinous pine with a hint of spice. This iconic beer balances its 8% ABV with a dry, clean finish, ensuring the vibrant hop character remains the undisputed protagonist from start to finish.
Appearance. SRM 6-8. Hazy gold to light orange-copper with a persistent, dense, white foam head and fine lacing.
Aroma. Intense and complex hop aroma featuring prominent pink grapefruit, orange zest, and tropical mango, layered with resinous pine and a touch of peppery spice. Low, clean, bready malt presence in the background with a neutral fermentation profile and a hint of clean alcohol.
Taste. High hop flavor intensity following the aroma: layers of citrus and tropical fruit underpinned by a piney resin. Firm but smooth bitterness that avoids harshness or astringency. Minimal caramel; instead, a soft, grainy malt backbone. Very dry finish with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste.
