Terra Aspra Negra is an assertive American Stout defined by its depth and complexity, derived from a blend of seven distinct malts. It pours a deep, opaque black with a dense, creamy brown head that releases intense aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. On the palate, bold flavors of espresso and licorice take center stage, softened by a subtle cereal sweetness that provides a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. While the roasted character is prominent, it is balanced by a firm bitterness and fine, small bubbles that lead to a clean, lingering finish. This robust profile makes it an excellent companion for rich stews or decadent chocolate desserts.
