Aging in Caol Ila casks introduces a striking contrast, weaving threads of medicinal peat smoke, charred oak, and a hint of maritime brine into the velvety texture. At 12.8% ABV, this is a sophisticated sipper where the soft, grainy sweetness of the wheat perfectly balances the aggressive, earthy intensity of the Islay scotch character.
