Dream Sequence is a decadent Wheatwine that pushes the boundaries of the style through bold barrel aging and adjuncts. A luscious base of bready wheat and honeyed malt is transformed by the addition of rich date syrup, which provides deep layers of sticky toffee and dried fruit. Aging in Caol Ila casks introduces a striking contrast, weaving threads of medicinal peat smoke, charred oak, and a hint of maritime brine into the velvety texture. At 12.8% ABV, this is a sophisticated sipper where the soft, grainy sweetness of the wheat perfectly balances the aggressive, earthy intensity of the Islay scotch character.

Appearance. Deep amber with garnet highlights; small, creamy off-white head with persistent lacing; clear with visible legs due to high alcohol viscosity.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant bready and honeyed wheat malt layered with rich date syrup and molasses; prominent medicinal peat smoke and campfire notes from the Caol Ila casks; subtle vanilla and toasted oak; no hop aroma or fermentation-derived esters.
