This Wild Specialty Beer presents an explosive tropical profile driven by a massive addition of passionfruit and mango purée. The sensory experience begins with a bright, acidic burst of lemon and tropical stone fruit, softened by an aromatic vanilla presence that provides a dessert-like nuance. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing lactic acidity is expertly balanced by a subtle sea salt salinity that sharpens the fruit definition. While the vanilla adds a perceived creaminess, the finish remains crisp and dry. It is a vibrant, golden-hued sour that harmonizes complex wild fermentation notes with a lush, tropical fruit character and a savory, saline sparkle.

Appearance. Gleaming golden color (6-8 SRM). Slight yellow-tinted head with low to moderate retention and minimal lacing. Noticeable haze from the significant fruit purée and concentrate additions.
