This massive Imperial Stout from Stigbergets Bryggeri delivers an indulgent sensory experience inspired by classic confectionary pairings. It pours an impenetrable jet black, releasing an intense bouquet of oily roasted peanuts, bittersweet dark chocolate, and freshly ground coffee. The palate is defined by a dense, velvety texture that carries deep layers of charred grain and fudge-like sweetness, harmonizing with a distinct, savory peanut character. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40 SRM). Pours with a thick, dense, dark tan head that shows moderate retention. High viscosity is evident through thick legs coating the glass upon swirling.
