This massive Imperial Stout from Stigbergets Bryggeri delivers an indulgent sensory experience inspired by classic confectionary pairings. It pours an impenetrable jet black, releasing an intense bouquet of oily roasted peanuts, bittersweet dark chocolate, and freshly ground coffee. The palate is defined by a dense, velvety texture that carries deep layers of charred grain and fudge-like sweetness, harmonizing with a distinct, savory peanut character. Despite its 12.5% ABV, the alcohol provides a smooth, integrated warmth rather than a sharp burn, finishing with a lingering roasted bitterness and a decadent, nutty aftertaste that perfectly captures the essence of a liquid peanut butter treat.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40 SRM). Pours with a thick, dense, dark tan head that shows moderate retention. High viscosity is evident through thick legs coating the glass upon swirling.

Aroma. Highly intense aroma dominated by rich roasted peanuts and dark chocolate. Supporting notes of espresso-like roast and light caramel sweetness are present.
